  • This service is not for communication within India, and also NOT for BUSINESS correspondence.

  • Use of this service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • We can not and do not guarantee the privacy of the message sent through this service, although the contents of the message are not monitored / edited / disclosed at our end, unless required to do so by law.

  • We will not misuse / sell details provided by you such as name, address, email-id etc to any individual / organisation,  however we may use your email id to keep you informing of what's new on our site but we will not spam you and you will be provided with an option to not receive such announcements from us.

  • We do not guarantee the delivery of your message as we use Indian Postal Service for delivery of your mails. In case it is returned undelivered by India Postal Service, we try using telephone / fax to deliver it and finally if the recipient is not reachable, we inform the sender of the instance.

  • Messages originated from within India or / and business related communication will not be processed.

  • Messages longer than 40 lines of 60 characters each (approx.) will not be processed.

  • Also if all the information asked for in EXPRESS MAIL FORM is not provided correctly / completely, your message will not be processed. Fax no. and the Second line of Address (Recipient's) is optional.

  • Ranchi Express Group neither endorses the contents of any message nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein.

  • This service may be modified / discontinued at any time without any notice.

  • Ranchi Express Group makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

  • Ranchi Express Group including it's management, officers, employees etc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
