Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that Parasnath will soon be developed as an international tourist place. The Government has been working speedily to materialise it. As it is a historical and cultural heritage, the Government will leave no stone unturned to preserve it. The CM was reviewing the developmental plans of Parasnath with villagers and officers at CRPF camp in Giridih on Tuesday.
“Shelter homes will be constructed for daily workers and developmental work will be done on priority basis to facilitate pilgrims in Parasnath. No ropeway will be constructed in the interest of daily labourers,” said the CM.
The CM also assured them that construction of bridges, roads, colleges and check dams will be done in the locality on priority basis. He also emphasised on developing Parasnath as per the spiritual beliefs.
The meeting was also attended Tourism Minister Amar Kumar Bauri, Giridih MLA Nirbhay Shahbadi, Jamua MLA Kedar Hajra, Chief Secretary, Rajeev Gauba, Principal Secretary RCD Rajbala Verma, Principal Secretary, Water Resource Department Sukhdev Singh, DGP DK Pandey, DC Giridih along with the representatives of Jain institutions and local villagers.
